About Our Disney Area Upgraded Vacation Homes:

Located in quiet residential neighborhoods surrounding the Walt Disney World Resort, and only minutes from all of Orlando's fabulous attractions, our Upgraded Vacation Homes include every luxury that our basic vacation homes offer, plus a Jacuzzi hot tub, television in the master bedroom, a grill, and a DVD player.

Ranging in size from 1800 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft. and from two to seven bedrooms, these elite vacation rental homes are the best we have to offer. Each Upgraded Vacation Home is newer than four years old, and most of our Upgraded Vacation Homes are brand new. Each Upgraded Vacation Home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected prior to every arrival.

Every Upgraded Vacation Home is fully furnished, and includes:

• a private, backyard, screened-in swimming pool, (in ground,)
• a jacuzzi hot tub, (also in-ground, attached to the swimming pool,)
• a barbecue grill
• DVD player
• TVs in the living room and master bedroom
• a complete kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and coffee maker
• towels, bedsheets, and linens
• a starter pack of soaps and toiletries
• 2 car garage, and
• approximately half of the bedrooms contain queen size beds or larger, while the remaining half of the bedrooms contact two twin beds in each

Additionally, our Upgraded Vacation Homes are fully customizable, so you can enjoy the ultimate in comfort and relaxation during your stay with us.

Extra options that can be added to your reservation include:

• a gated community, guaranteeing your vacation home will be located within a gated community,
• a new house upgrade, guaranteeing your vacation home will be less than 6 months old,
• pool heat,
• rollaway beds,
• additional DVD players,
• additional TVs

Other miscellaneous special requests such as bedding arrangements, game rooms, or specific subdivisions are typically fulfilled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

To make a reservation, click here or call us at 1-866-668-7335. All you will be asked to pay in order to reserve the vacation home is the first night's rent plus tax. You will then be supplied with a confirmation number, followed by an emailed confirmation of your reservation with us. Two weeks prior to your arrival we'll mail and email your directions to our welcome center, where you'll pick up the keys and directions to your own Upgraded Vacation Home on the day of your arrival. A manager is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year if you have any questions or difficulties during your stay.
